Organisation Guidelines

Organisations within the server hold a special position and are trusted to act as role models within the community. Being part of an organisation means you will, where possible, enhance the roleplay of those around you and set examples for them to follow. You should, above everything, lead the charge on how criminal roleplay is constructed within the server and consider how your actions impact the wider community.

1) Image of Organisation

You are responsible for the brand you project of your Organisation. The actions that leaders, members and their associates take ultimately reflect on how you are perceived within roleplay and your contribution to the city development. Organisations are effectively Whitelisted positions within the server and will be accountable to the same standard. You have a responsibility by accepting a position in a Whitelisted Organisation to maintain the server in a positive light - this means you must consider the wider impact when making any decisions regarding your behaviours.

2) Organisation Member Limitations

Organisations are restricted to a maximum of 20 members excluding hangarounds. All members are to be listed in the Organisation Discord and visible to Apollo staff for full transparency. This is nonnegotiable.

If you intend on changing your steam name long term please inform staff so they can update their information.

3) Hangarounds

You are permitted to have a maximum of ten (10) hangarounds. Organisations must be selective in their process of who they assign this privilege to – further enhanced in Rule 4.

4) Responsibility for Member / Associate Conduct

Organisations who freely choose people to represent their image are ultimately responsible for their conduct. You should expect the behaviour of your members to reflect on your judgement.

5) Hostilities

A maximum of 20 people allowed to partake in hostile activities at any one time. This can be made up of a combination of different facets of the Organisation but cannot include trials and hangarounds. If someone is worthy of participating in hostile engagements to represent your Organisation, they should be worthy of a position as a known member. When engaging in hostile roleplay alongside players who aren't represented by your Organisation, you are limited to 7 players.

You are permitted to have members act as scouts, who are involved purely for the purpose of providing information. Scouts can be of any rank within the Organisation. Scouts are never to assist in shooting during hostilities however they are permitted to shoot back as a last resort if their life is in danger.

During fights, if you respawn or are treated by either AV or FRV you are not permitted to return to combat for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Any in city hostilities aren’t to be taken OOC. It is against our community guidelines and will result in immediate staff action.

6) Minimum requirements for Hostile Engagements

In order to conduct in Organisation v Organisation combat there are mandatory requirements in place. There must be a minimum of eight police officers actively on duty in order to engage in large scale gun fights e.g Skirmishes - Having knowledge that both parties intend to engage in combat at that one time.

7) Clubhouses as Safe Zones

You are permitted to be hostile around another Organisations clubhouse however you are not permitted to bring this inside the compound and/or building. Intimidation is acceptable however breaching a property and open firing is not permitted. Your clubhouses safezone is the boundary of the postcode.

You are also not permitted to shoot out of your Organisation’s Clubhouse building and/or compound. If you retreat to your clubhouse during combat you then lose the safezone of your clubhouse for that single gunfight and your opposition is permitted to shoot into your clubhouse.

8) Org Restricted Items

Org restricted items such as blueprints and gunpowder cannot be stolen from the orgs possession by their own members, for example, taking a blueprint upon leaving the organisation. You are permitted to rob blueprints, providing you have enough reason to. You also are permitted to obtain a blueprint through purchase or as requested in a declared, government approved war.

9) War declarations

War declarations are open with approval by the Org Manager.

10) Reporting of another Organisation

Concerns regarding conduct of other Organisations, their members or associates must be reported through the correct avenues. You must submit your concerns in full, with supporting evidence where available, through a Discord support ticket to be reviewed by the staff team.

11) Org Strikes

Organisation Strikes will be delivered in a three-step process. If misconduct is severe enough to warrant an Org Strike the following steps will be put in place.

a)    Strike #1: This is warning. Use this opportunity to reflect on the Organisations behaviours and identify what areas do not align with the expectations outlined above and in the Community Guidelines. Additional conditions may be applied.
